Cancellation Policy

 Cancellations up to 30 days before the check-in date: 70% of the amount paid will be refunded, using the same payment method used for the advance payment


Cancellations after this period: no refund


 In case of no-show: no refund


Exceptions to the cancellation policy: If your flight or boat trip is cancelled, and this is duly proven by means of official documentation, we offer the possibility of rescheduling your stay for new dates.

If the cost of the new reservation is greater than the original amount paid, the guest will be responsible for paying the difference.
